Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | Been trying to but I keep having to do things outside so I miss alot of it, I kinda catch up with whats going on with Newsmax or Fox when I'm getting ready for bed. Glad you made a post of Kyle I've been wanting to but I figure it would be a waste of time because it would get kicked off of here if I made the thread, so glad that you did, Because this Trial has been really ticking me off, I cant believe how many stupid people there is that want this poor boy to go to prision because he defended himself from these thugs, That boy is a good hearted boy dont deserved all this cra*, when all these dam BLM thugs and other groups like them can get away with all the burning down citys/towns and riots and murders. Just makes me so dam mad. |

| Yes! I am really impressed with the judge on this trial. Completely unimpressed with the skeezer attorney Binger .... what a buffoon... First rule on handling a firearm... Always assume it's loaded.. always .(ask Mr. Baldwin) ... and you don't put your finger anywhere near the trigger unless you are ready to pull it. TRIGGER FINGER DISCIPLINE!!!! Riots are being threatened. I hear people crying racism but I'm confused on how so. I truly hope he's acquitted. Political motives at play ... as usual. The guy who he shot testimony was quite telling he was clearly pointing that pistol at him ... it was SELF DEFENSE. |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | The jury wasn't sequestered. I think that was a big mistake. Practically everyone who followed the trial closely and did not tune into CNN and MSNBC knows he acted in self defense. Now we are waiting to see if riots break out because of media lies about a case from a riot that happened because of media lies. I'm not as confident as most, because the mob is waiting outside. Yes....read that again. Those jurors now realize if they vote for acquittal, whatever remains of Kenosha will be targeted. Think OJ. |

But the nutso media has portrayed him as a white supremist out to kill -- they have avoided the truth about the two people who attacked him. I pray there are brave jurors who will stand up for what is right. Sadly, whatever the outcome there will be riots--- that have been stoked by Biden. |

| Bob is following it more than I am. I feel so sorry for this boy. BOY, thats what he is & possibly looking at spending the rest of his life in prison which he shouldn't. He was defending himself. What was he suppose to do, lay there & take getting the S--T beat out of him ? I don't think so. Biden, that sorry evil piece of S--T, he has no right to say what he did. He needs to look in the mirror. He's the evil one, not Kyle. I will say Kyle shouldn't off been there, but he was & still didn't deserve to get beat up. Lets pray he gets off. If he does I'm sure he learned a hard lesson. |

Kyle's testimony was heart wrenching to listen to. No matter how the jury comes back there will be riots. The jurors will be looking over their shoulder for a long time. |

I was thinking about this, this morning a lot. I'll actually be surprised if he gets acquitted. The media has fueled this with racism and it literally makes no sense. A white guy shot 3 white men, 2 fatality right? Why is the BLM involved ? Why is this being about racism again? I will agree that he shouldn't have been there, he was not local. Walking around with an AR wasn't the brightest of ideas. From what I understand he was legally allowed to have the gun right? I've read conflicting information here and there. Either way, I still stand by and believe it was for self defense. The media is doing what it does best.... spread untruths, spread fear, spreading hate and racism. I was waking up to the news this morning and saw a photo of Kyle next to another photo of the young man that was killed by some white men, he happened to be black.. they had their photos on the screen side by side so it appeared that it looked like Kyle took the life of this young man. Its a complete different story why they splashed that on the TV makes absolutely no sense.. those 2 have absolutely nothing in common! Makes me so angry this is happening. The jury is scared, I can't say I blame them. This is the world now. I say we need to put an end to all this garbage and quit televising these trials if you truly do not want violence in the streets. |

It boggles my mind that a MOTHER would drive her "child" to a riot WITH a gun and not consider what might happen. She should have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child! |

Friend asked Kyle for help to protect and Kyle went. When Kyle got home he told his mother what happen she then drove him to the Police so he could tell them and turned himself in.The poor mother is already going threw HELL and now they are blaming her, this has become a really sad world.. |

| From what Bob has told me, Kyle was going to his fathers house " parents are divorced" & to see a friend. Mom drove kyle to friends house. Friend lives close to dad. Friends of the father own a buisness & asked kyle if he would stand guard at the buisness so kyle did & those stupid blm wacks " bob says they are all those antifa people " started the rioting. Ya know " JMHO " but all this race crap started with ovomit. Started when trevon martin got shot. I remember o saying if I had a son, he'd be just like travon. Yeah he would be a trouble maker just like trevon. Notice o is still involved in the government. This whole thing stinks like bidens bad farts

Baseless charges that he is 100% innocent of.
100% chance he is convicted.
And you are more than likely 100% correct. It's not about true justice, it's about preventing riots. I just hope for everyone's sake that the jury finds him innocent, because he is. If he's found guilty it's just going to be another step foward in taking away our second ammendment right. |

I just saw that. The bastards were supposedly following the bus and trying to take photos of the jurors. The judge canceled them. Banned from being in the courthouse. Good for him. Seems to me this is part of an effort at jury intimidation. Between the mob outside, the media (CNN and MSNBC), and now this stunt, I can't help but think this is playing into the jury's deliberations. Obviously, an acquittal means more of Kenosha burns. These are citizens of Kenosha. BLM and Antifa are having their way. I'd be very surprised to see Kyle acquitted. I'd love to see the judge rule a mistrial with prejudice if he is declared guilty of anything. |

The Judge can set aside a verdict.
He has already intimated that if found guilty he will drop the perverbial hammer on the Prosectuion team. Brady comes into play over the video issue He removed MSNBC from Court Room after NBC reporter was jailed for photographing jury Very little chance at this point that justice is served via jury.
Also a note, I was a little surprised that there was no directed verdict after the prosecution rested their case. |

What do you mean by "Brady"? I'm missing something. That jury should have been sequestered. It sounds like they weren't. That mob should have been kept at least 2 blocks away from the courthouse. Hell, they have 500 national guard troops there already. They could have done that. I'm not sure a change of venue would have mattered. Half of the mob are professional sh!t stirrers. I hope the temp drops and they have a blizzard there whenever the verdict is announced. |

this antiquated un user friendly format won't let me post what I'm trying to post but look up
Brady v. Maryland AKA Brady Rule
Ahhhhh....got it. Thanks. So the prosecution gave the defense drone videos of Rosenbaum chasing Kyle across the parking lot, after yelling "I'm going to f-ing kill you", and when Kyle was cornered by the cars and the pedo was about to lunge toward him, that's when Kyle greased him. The video the defense had was obviously very poor resolution, compared to the better quality video the prosecution had. The defense maintains that better quality video was exculpatory evidence.
Also, I read that the prosecution knew the identity of the guy who jump-kicked Kyle in the head, but they did not reveal his identity in court, yet one of the charges against Kyle was that he recklessly endangered the attacker by firing at him twice (and missed). Supposedly, the kicking guy fired a handgun at Kyle as well before kicking at him. The defense could not call upon the kicker because the prosecution claimed they didn't know his identity. Did I understand that correctly?
Seems to me the judge has ample justification to declare a mistrial "with prejudice". If the state then wants to re-try Kyle, that would set the bar for conviction much higher. I'm hoping the judge is holding that card in his back pocket, with the hope that he won't have to use it if he is acquitted by the jury....which doesn't seem highly likely to me. |

Anyone see the peice on when the prosecution texted the drone footage to the defense knowing that when you text it it compresses it and the result is video so poor that you cAnnot make heads nor tails of it???? You know, instead of putting it on a thumbdrive and sending it by courier or whatever, that way they could check the box that they had turned over any evidence .
yes I did, I like to watch newsmax to catch up on whats happening and saw that today.. |

| I find myself reading comments on some Facebook posts. I'd say close to 90% of them are celebrating the verdict. There are a few griping about it and saying we will all be sorry when he goes on a shoot em up rampage because he's basically a terrorist that got away with murder. Unbelievable how some of those people are wired. I'm very relieved for him and really for all of us! This is a good win for the PEOPLE and of course Kyle first and foremost. So now.... what were they trying to distract our attention from? |

This helped me to beable to have faith in our system once again and that there is still good people out there that are willing to fight for what is right and not worry about if this will cause hurt feelings/tick the other side off for doing what is right.. Shame on Joe Biden for calling this boy a white supremacist for defending himself, if he didnt defend himself he would have been killed by these criminals/thugs and they would have gotton away with murder scott free.. |

| Some things to think about... & the media didn't tell the whole story. I didn't know that Kyle put out a dumpster fire that was being rolled down to a gas station to blow up, with people all around. I didn't know that the Police were told to stand down as businesses were destroyed. I didn't know that Kyles Dad, Grandma and Friends all lived in Kenosha, 20 minutes from where he resided with his Mom part time in Illinois. I didn't know that Joseph Rosenbaum knocked him down twice and then attempted to kick him with lethal force to the head. I didn't know that Huber had hit him in the head 2x with a skateboard. I didn't know Gaige Grosskreutz, a felon in possession of firearm, aimed his gun at Kyle first, as he admitted on the stand. I also didn't know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a gun, even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed). I didn't know that Kyle did not cross state lines with a gun he wasn't supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do. I didn't realize that Rosenbaum was a 5 time convicted child rapist. I didn't realize that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater. I didn't realize that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record. IF THE MEDIA DID THEIR JOB... we would have known ALL of this! Time more people stood up for what is right and the judicial system would do its job. |

| I wasn't following this just listening to people at work talk who were following it that must have been watching CNN and MSNBC. I had this kid in my mind as a white supremicist committing a hate crime and had a bias judge and so forth. Then I decided to see for myself what was going on. I hope Kyle sues all those media sources including all the politicians and celebs. Good for the jurors for not being bullied.

Not true his mother never drove him to the riots and the gun was at his friends (black) house. Black and Kyle went toghter from Blacks house where the gun was stored.
I am so glad that you said something about this jbhoot, this really bother me about his poor mom, I wanted to say something but didnt feel like getting into a argument over his mother on here. This poor womens heart is broken and now the fake news is saying she droped him off with a GUN and left him there, thats BS!!!!
Mother didnt drive him to Kenosha, he got there on his own I think thats the way it was, I dont know if he drove himself but he got there. He went to the Protest with a friend that provided him with the rifle, it was kept at the friends stepfathers home in Kenosha..Kyle gave the friend money to buy the rifle but the friend didnt want him to have it untill he turned 18 but they target practice together. Friend asked Kyle for help to protect and Kyle went. When Kyle got home he told his mother what happen she then drove him to the Police so he could tell them and turned himself in.The poor mother is already going threw HELL and now they are blaming her, this has become a really sad world..
I stand corrected ...... and happy to see that she wasn't a "nutcase" .....
Regardless of how this child got to Kenosha, I consider the whole situation to be a failure of parenting. His parents were either complicit or ignorant. What parent in their right mind allows a minor to go to a protest/riot, much less with an assault rifle. It boils down to knowing where your CHILDREN are and what they are doing. Should never have happened. |

Lest we forget..... thousands of 17 year olds marched off to war in WWII and died protecting our country. I like to believe there are still brave young men among us who would step up to protect us and our freedoms. The better question might be where were the parents of the thugs who attacked him while he was protecting property -- they struck him with a skateboard, hit him and pulled a gun on him and had been previously convicted of felonies. If their parents had done a good parenting job, there would be no need for young men to step up to protect property and themselves against assault.

You are correct in your questioning. None of them should have been there. As far as 17 year olds going to war, yes they were brave and stepping up to protect this country. BUT they were not just handed a gun and sent off without training and they were under the command of experienced leaders. Huge difference from this situation. |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | I don't know how many of you watched the 1 hour interview he gave to Tucker Carlson tonight, but this kid exhibited more poise and proper judgement than most adults, including his mother who urged him to go into hiding. I agree that I would never allow my kid to go to Kenosha during the rioting, but Kyle wasn't taken to Kenosha by his mother. He rode to Kenosha with his friend, Dominick Black and his brother. It was Black who kept Kyle's AR15 until he turned 18, per their agreement. This kid had a broken home. His father was a recovering alcoholic living in Kenosha. Kyle considered Kenosha his home as much as Antioch, Illinois. He worked there, had friends there, and his dad lived there. I was incredibly impressed with Kyle's poise and serenity. He displayed that on the stand and he couldn't be tripped up by the prosecution. It's easy to criticize his mother for letting him go to Kenosha, but all I can say is someone did something good when this kid was raised. He went through hell. He didn't have running water in his cell for two months and when he was finally able to take a shower his skin bled. I think and I hope life will richly reward him and I hope he sues the incredibly dishonest, corrupt, lying left wing media scum for their defamation. I highly recommend watching Tucker's interview. |

We watched it & it was wonderful. I was very touched & impressed with Kyle. I told Bob if we had a daughter I would of wanted her to date Kyle. I pray he can go on & have a wonderful life & go to college & be what he wants to be in life. |
