 Whiplash the Monkey
Location: Oil Center, OKLAHOMA, USA | SG I just got a Pain X Model 1900. My girls are having a lot of hormone problems this spring and since I own 5 of them it seemed cheaper than the accupuncturist... Anyway, it didn't come with any "horse" books or diagrams. Do such things exist? How can I get some/one? How do I know when to use red light vs blue light? HELP!! (My parents have a McLaren Torch. (Photonic light therapy - only red though.) I have been just treating them according to the points in their book, but was hoping for some of my own info.

Location: Oil Center, OKLAHOMA, USA | I pm'd you! Thank you!! The only booklet that I got with it was in the case and is entitled: Polychromatic Infrared Diode Therapy - Pain Managment for the New Millennium. It only has a small amount of usable information - even for treating people. |

    Location: Nebraska | Hi there,
I have been debating between the McLaren Torch and the Pain X for quite awhile now. Can you tell me why you chose one over the other. Thank you.

 Whiplash the Monkey
Location: Oil Center, OKLAHOMA, USA | Well, two reasons, I guess. One, my parents already have a McLaren Torch so it seemed silly to get one when I can use theirs. The second reason is I like the fact that the Pain X has more "colors" (wavelengths) than just red. I love the blue! It is so soothing. My mares NEED ALL THINGS SOOTHING!! I'm sorry these are not very scientific reasons. |
