Hey everyone,

I just talked to Kappy and she wants to plan to get online with all of you this Thursday at 2:00pm CST.

Of course, that is subject to change if she doesn't feel well, but she's hoping that the afternoon time will give her plenty of time in the morning to either get some things done or to sleep (if the night was not kind to her).

I know she wants to tell you what all the doctors are telling her, and I've asked her to share some with you all about the AMAZING mental edge that this woman has with barrel racing, and how it gives her the ability to hang tough with the big girls that ride every day while Kappy works and takes care of her kids - OH MY GOSH - all of you new WPRA girls need to tune in - this will be INVALUABLE - I promise!!  So, mark your calendars and be here!

You can also post some questions here if you want to....or suggest a topic that you want her to touch on.  We can try this and see if that helps us get more questions answered.  She hopes to be online with you for about 30-45 minutes.....that's about all she needs to do at one time.

She is excited!  Hope you all can make it - she knows you are hanging in there with her, and it means a lot to her.

It would seem to me from some of the recent posts, that what you've suggested--finding and keeping that mental edge, both barrel racing and as it translates to the rest of your life--is a very appropriate topic.

A little bit of 'how do you keep focused/motivated', 'how do you stay fresh/keep it fun', and some general confidence thrown in for good measure.

It will be noon Pacific time and 1pm Mountain time.  I hope that's right......yep, I checked....

I think that's a great topic, with the new season getting started we could all use some mental edge tips....that's my BIGGEST problem!!!

I am sooo happy, my co-worker is going to cover for me so I can get to a computer tomorrow at noon. YYYeaeahhhhhhhhhhh. I will at least get to participate at the begining.
