Location: Holland, Tx | If anyone knows of any cheap, beginner/kid horses for sale in Texas I have a few people looking. I tried searching the classfieds here on BHW, but it only brought up one return and it wasn't what I was looking for. |

Location: Texas | How much money are they looking to spend? We have one for $3,500 that is also a barrel horse. Running 2D-3D times just legging her back up. Anyone can ride her in a arena and she will baby set them. But, shes not a trail horse (she has never been used for that). |

At least wait until I am on my way to tell me they are sold!! That is how it normally winds up working out. Abby, if they are what they are billed out to be, I will be bringing them both back to Heaven---errrr---I mean Texas and I'll send one your way. |

Location: Woodstown, NJ | I also have a really nice, pretty bombproof kid horse that does barrels, poles, trails, cows, etc. and is good looking and sound, but I have to find the same thing in a smaller size before I can let him go. He's too big for what my daughter is used to. She is just getting out of riding her mini, so he seems huge to us. |

She will take offers as he is 21 years old but her daughter has been hanging tough with the best of them in high school rodeo on this horse. Location: Holland, Tx | This is going to be the kids first real "competition" horse as I think they have been doing nothing but riding dad's rope horse around the yard. I think the kid is 7, but very novice. They are wanting to spend about $2500, but I don't know how much more. Mac - let me know how things turn out with those 2 across the line. We may be interested. |

Location: Millen Ga | This horse is in Georgia, and she isn't a barrel horse but she has been used for kids to be given lessons on. She is 1500.00, a palomino paint and kids as young as 4 have been on her. here are pics of her...

I can send the # to the lady who owns her if anyone wants it :) |

Location: Holland, Tx | GA is too far for just a horse fthe kids to mess with. Sounds like they would have to spend more on shipping that the horse is even worth. Thanks though. |

| I have one. I felt sorry for her and bought her. She has won Buckles and Saddles for her last owner. When the kids were done with her the put her out and she almost starved. I have her with a friend and he has started to use her to give riding leasons. Shes laid back and knows her stuff. She just needs a lot of feed right now. She has a nice head. Shes about 16 I think. |
