Ok, I have tried this product on my two mares. And I just wanted to tell everyone........ It REALLY WORKS!!! My buckskin mare is very nervous at shows especially in the holding pen. Well  took her to the rodeo this weekend. I had bought the Focus Equine for my other mare( which it also works oh so well on) But I figured I'd put it to the test and start Sage on it 4 days prior to the rodeo. It really helped her out. She was still nervous while we were waiting for our turn but she wasent trying to dance around and break out in a sweat!! She had a wonderful run lastnite, got 3rd. I will continue to use this product as long as I need it.!!

I've never tried the Focus Equine, but am considering looking into a supplement for a young Nervous Nellie filly I have.  Does anyone know what's in it that calms them down?

I am using it right now on a mare.  I've discussed this horse on several threads.  She is seriously disturbed.  I don't mean that to be funny or mean, I think she has some mental issues, maybe chemical.  She has been on the FOCUS for about a month.  We did 2 weeks of it daily, then went to every other day.  We have not taken her to a show yet, but I see a large difference in her personality.  She is associating with other horses more in the pasture, before she was almost always a little off from the back, but terrified to get to far from them.  She would never come up in the coral when I was feeding, she would wait outside and pace until I had everything in order, now she is following me around and nickering to me.  She wants to go every time the trailer leaves.  She has had 3 days of being tied to the trailer and not pawed at all.  She did go to pracitce night last week, and just walked a pattern, and just relaxed in the arena, and she was great.

She did get pretty nervous at the vet for her coggins when she was lead of alone, but she didn't do stupid stuff, just got nervous.  Usually she would have stomped, and paced in different directions, kept looking back at the trailer, tried to walk circles around you and mostly over you.  She lead with out any problems.

I am almost afraid to take her and make a run.  My daughter has had a lot of things to deal with in the last 6 or 7 months, and this mare's issues have been part of that.  I am nervous, because I don't want her to slam into the barrel again, or any of the things in the past.

We have to eventually though, so I will keep you all posted!!!!!

A friend of mine and I were just discussing this product. She has had great results with it. I had never heard of it until this afternoon!
