Location: Ruston,La | I have known Sharon a long time since we were both from New Orleans. She moved to Folsom and then to Florida and was handling Thoroughbreds. She was the happiest when she moved to Texas. I never saw Sharon when she wasnt smiling and trying to help someone. I realize now that you should never just expect to see someone but to embrace each moment that you do see someone and really appreciate it. Sharon loved to talk horses and was never at a loss for words. It is ironic that she spent her last hours in her home state. Sharon will be greatly missed and prayers for her family and friends. |

The good Lord took her in her sleep, it was probably the easiest way to go and the kindest. Prayers to the friend that made the discovery, she was doing what she loved!! Prayers to her family and friends durring this difficult time.

Location: South Texas | This is so sad and just unbelievable....she will be missed by so many in this industry for so many reasons....and I truely believe without Sharon that Oxygen would have never made it and therefore alot of horses and contestants would have never experienced the successes she helped them achieve. Rest in Peace my friend and hugs to you Mike as I am don't think I ever saw Sharon when you weren't by her side....I know you miss her dearly.

| After reading this entire post, I thought to myself "what a wonderful testament to Sharon". She loved horses and she loved to help others who loved horses too. It is a sad day today for us all today.......but what a joyous homecoming our sweet friend has experienced.
You will be fondly remembered by many Sharon. |

 Yup, I am confused too!
Location: Florida | I am in total shock.. Sharon was an amazing woman that enjoyed helping all... I too was a big user of Oxygen. Many prayers for Mike, the family and all her friends. Her and Mike would camp here on their way to a couple shows in Florida here. I always enjoyed being with her..
She is up there barrel racing with all the other good ones that we have lost. Until we meet again, Sharon... |
