What are you opinion on soft ride boots? Would like to look into a pair if theyre worth the money. Also, can you put them on front and back?

I have a pair for the front, and want a pair for the back. I love them. When I get ready to take them off he usually doesn't want to step out of them.

they are worth every penny. I currently have a pair for the front only on my good mare ... saving for a pair for her rears as well. I have to push her over to get her to step out of them!!

I love my softrides! Use them anytime we are on pavement or long hauls. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative you may want to look at these:

They are fabulous for my guy with a DDFT injury that we are currently rehabbing. After every ride, he gets soft rides on his front feet and stays in them for a couple of hours. If i don't do it, then the next day when I go to ride again, he is sore in that foot. I would have a boot for every hoof I own if i could afford it!

Love them use them on all fours. I only wish they had them when I was going every weekend. What I would have saved in shavings I would have paid for them pretty fast.

My horse had the abscess from hell and has a HUGE part of his hoof missing. My vet rented me some softrides and they are worth their weight in gold. Without them protecting him while he heals he'd be dead lame. Now that the abscess is cleared up he'll be getting padded shoes, but I definitely wouldn't hesitate to buy a pair of Softrides for the future.

I love Softrides! My horse stays barefoot so I love the convenience of not having to worry about him. They are especially awesome for parking on gravel when there isn't any grass to park on. I am selling a pair of lightly used ones right now
(size 5L
) only because I sold the horse I bought them for and they don't fit the others. I don't know what size you would need but I need mine gone so I can get a pair for the new horse.
