Kid and beginner safe but perfer to sell as a youth horse as a step up horse
No spook, loads, bathes, stands for farrier all the norms-absolutely no bad habits
Trail rides does anything you ask never seen her refuse rides out alone as well as in a group
Fancy broke: neck reins, rollbacks, leg pressure, verbal cues, leads, counter arcs, etc
Rides in anything o-ring for flatwork and lifter bit for barrels
Gets along w other horses the most Marish you will see her is an occasional pinning of the ears.

Not buddy or barn sour. Minimal exbitioning mostly works her at home
Easy keeper. Needs a rider who is light w the reins and can use some leg.

Depending on how fast you want to sell her. If she were mine I wouldn't go any lower than $2,500, judging on what you've said. I've seen horses go for around that being grade & not as well broke. She might could go for $4,000 if she has a really comformation. That being said I have a awesome gray 7 yr old grade quarter horse mare, perfect comformation (just like stringray, sherry cervis horse) will do anything I ask of her by trading a quarter/app colt that I was trying to sell for only $650. I call that a steal lol but I think $3000 would be about right, if she was reg. She'd easily sell for $6,500.

I would say between 3 and 4 thousand. Possibly more depending on how she is placing at races. Nice mare.Kid safe is a plus!
