Before I go the custom route,Β anybody know of any breastcollars that run bigger than normal? Or attractive draft horse ones? (He's pretty and I'm vain.) I have a horse with a massive chest and everything I have is choking him out.

What style are you using? Have you tried the ones that fasten around the swells or maybe a tripping collar. They tend to be bigger.

The pulling collar type will fit the big horses - my 16.2 hand beastie wears one well.  I switched to that style years ago to get away from the "cross-your-heart" look.

I don't feel the rope horses are as big as they used to be-built like a tank, so now you almost have to go to the tripping type collars as mentioned above. My advice would be to go to a leather maker and have them custom one for you. I think even Teskeys can do that.

TT Leatherworks has a size that fits large horses. You can even send her measurements. Her prices are VERY affordable and the quality is as good as sets going for double her prices. You can use code Aharadon19 to save 10% as well.

I've always found that Double J is best for big horses.

I second this. I have TWO Double J gator breastcollars just sitting in my house because they're huge on my horses nobody wants to buy them LOL.
