How many of you have used or use Turmeric?  I started about 6 months ago.  I have been noticing it a lot more lately in joint supplements as a main ingredient!  How many have seen results from starting it?  I mix mine with ground peppercorn and coco soya oil.

I love using turmeric! I haven't used it as a daily supp before, but I use it when I have one with an infection, swelling or is sick. I've always noticed improvement =] I love using natural herbs instead of chemicals, when I can.

My husband and his father both take the Youtheory Turmeric capsules (bought at Costco).  They both have really bad knee problems and they claim the turmeric really helps the inflammation.

I take Tumeric in the form of Nrf2 and the horses get it also.  I've also noticed that when I started the horses on the Nrf2 by Protandim that I was able to go to a much lower dose of the Cur-ost with the same results, and the fetlock that CC had injured 2 years ago the swelling finally has gone down and stayed down.
