| I was at a futurity where my mare LR Frenchmans Gift was running at. I had no idea Billy was sitting in front of me. When snickers came off the 3rd, I started yelling, Run Snickers Run. Billy turned around & looked at me & I about died. I thought, omg, I have caused this man to go deaf. I slinked away. After taking care of snickers, I went back to watch more barrel racing but sat in a different spot. Well here came Billy walking by. He looked at me & I said, Billy I am so sorry I yelled in your ears. He got a big smile & said, I take it that was your horse. I said yes it was. He got another big smile & said, I thinks it's great when owners get excited about their horse. He said, don't worry, I am ok. He is such a class act. I miss watching him ride. |
