I kinda feel like some horses are put off by the fish oil in OF . I remember when I fed it they werent crazy about it either. And I've heard from others that there horses werent finishing it or go off of it for a while then pick back up.  I do know that the smell has definitely changed from when I first began feeding the OF. very different smell... I currently feed the total advantage and my horse hogs it up no problem and it doesnt have a strong odor at all.

Thanks! I was thinking of trying the Total Advantage, which seems to have good reviews, and happier horses eating it. I like for them to have a happy face when they are eating, instead of a "oh great...this again"

That was my horse with the ex factor. I didnt understand that because that stuff smells amazing! But it's very strong scented. Reminds me of cotton candy. So much that my boys took a few pellets and ate them. They said it tasted good lol! Sometimes too much or strong smell does just the opposite of what we think
