....but at least we'll get to watch at least 60 games.  Living in Kansas and being a Giants fan doesn't work out well since in our time zone the games don't start until 9:00 PM on weekdays, but I'll be watching anyway and nodding off at work.

The whole saga over how they reached this compromise was a little bizarre and frustrating, but at least we'll have something remotely similar to the kind of baseball we miss.  I just hope they continue to avoid getting trapped in Kaepernick/Bubba Wallace sideshows.  
Baseball is part of the tonic this country needs, and lord knows we want it as an escape from the turmoil and misery, as we always have.  FDR recognized this when WWII broke out.  Commissioner Landis asked if the season should be cancelled because of the war.  Roosevelt basically said hell no....we needed baseball.
