I bought a friend of mine who had breast cancer a set of PJ's from Kohl's in polar fleece that had a poncho.  She is all healed up but wears her polar fleece poncho camping all the time.  You may want to look into ponchos then if you stop you have something to wrap up in.  I'm always cold I bought one from Sam's by woolrich for about $10.00.  So far I haven't used it.  Good luck

You 100% need something with Gore Windstopper in it.   I have several items for hunting  (Sitka brand $$$$)   but it's a game changer and the stuff isn't even that heavy.

I don't know what size you need for oversized, but this mens shirt comes up to 2xl.

I agree with the poncho.  I made one with armholes and it is amazingly warm maybe too warm at times.
