I'm not very familiar with whats on my mares papers. This mare is by far the hardest working and running horse i have ever ridden. I plan to breed her in the near future. Just exactly sure what would be a good cross. Is anyone familiar with whats all in her papers? I would love to know and always want to learn when it comes to papers.

I don't recognize anything on the papers. If you are breeding for keeps, pick a local performance stud - one with stats and proven offspring.

I see Eternal Sun, who was a race horse, then a show horse in the days that quarter horses did it all.  Nothing else jumps out at me, but I'd guess there's some Two Eyed Jack breeding on the dam's side.

I agree, find a local stud with some stats if you are breeding to keep.  I don't see a great resale value for a foal o/o this mare, unless the local people know her and would want a baby.

This mare gos back to Impressive and Impressive was a great horse untill HYPP showed up in his off spring, If this mare was mine I would have her tested for HYPP since you are planning to be breeding her. If she tests positive for HYPP I would have second thoughts about breeding her.

Eternal Sun was a huge known stalliong in his hay days.. Here are a few pictures of Eternal Sun he was a beautiful fella.

The Paint horse in my avatar goes back to Impressive. He was bred by the president of the APHA. He is a looker plus he did it ALL. We got him tested for HYPP before we bought him.

This horse probably does not have hypp. The grandfather is n/n. If you want a young horse, you are way better off buying a yearling or two year old. You will be two to three years ahead that way and you will know what you are getting. From the time you breed one until you can ride it will be three years. But the time it is doing anything on barrels you are looking at five

I don't have any knowledge about anyone on her papers, but I'm all for adding new blood to the industry!  If she's a phenominal horse, breed her and see if she passes that on to her offspring.  A little diversity is a good thing.
