I'll be making my first big trip to AZ next month and well...... I'm a planner. LOL.  I've hauled quite a bit but nothing this far and wanted to know of anything I might need to have on hand that I might not think about.

Also, if anyone knows of a good place to stay overnight on the way, I'll be traveling the southern route from north Texas through Pecos, Los Cruses and Tuscon.  So one stop over.

 Any help is appreciated!

I stayed at the fairgrounds in Las Cruces on my way to TX from CA. Super nice and easy. Literally stone throw from freeway. 

If you don't already have one invest in an impact wrench.  Makes tire changing so much easier.

Along with an impact wrench, an extra spare for the trailer and a drive on block for the trailer jack. Safe travels.

I also carry a spare brand new tire only besides a fully mounted spare for truck and trailer.
