Hey all! I recently was blessed with the opportunity to speak with Leslie Kinsel, Hailey Kinsel's mom, and I thought she had some valuable insight that i wanted to share with you all to hopefully better you on your horse journey. ??

When asked "what do you think is the most valuable piece of advice you could give another barrel racer, regarding both horsemanship and mentally?" She responded, "slow down. We want our horses to think and respond (not react) to us. We owe them the same. Stop, think, pray, respond."
