Going to have to google this Betty supplement since I have never heard of it untill now.

I'm thinking the Betty supplement is caffeine, hard candy, a box of wine, and a prayer journal. 

After reading the ingredients, I agree it has the right stuff in it. What I don't believe is the small amount of those ingredients in that small bottle will make a difference.
