I have been wracking my brain, looking at breeding, looking at videos, looking at photos, till my eyes have gone cross! I have 2 mares I am trying to find good matches for in the barrel stud world. The goal is to breed for the caliber I am not able to afford. Understandably, in the long run its probably cheaper just to save my pennies. I have no plans of riding in the next few years due to work and school; on top of having had zero luck purchasing a horse that was said to be what it was said to be. So I will take the gamble and roll the dice with breeding. With all this being said I am looking for 2 studs to hopefully compliment these mares but to also have the foal be marketable in the event it is a colt. Ideally my budget is upto 3500$/stud fee. I haven't ridden many different bred horses to know what I love so doesn't help me much there.
The first mare is a daughter of Nicholas O' Toole (Jody O Toole x I canduit yawl) with Oakey Dokey Dale and Double No Trump 97 on the bottom side
Second mare is a big mare at 16.1 and thick granddaughter of Streakin Six great granddaughter of Mito Wise Dancer, Chick's Deck, Jet of Honor.
Thank you! Yes I am new to breeding and am being a sponge with a great repro vet :)

He is now in CA, handlers have also played in the Ranch Horse and sorting pens as well as roped on him.
I'm not sure where you're located, but Dashing Move Fame is an all around stallion who'd probably complement both mares.
Check out www.merrillranch.com. He's in South Dakota and the family that owns him are excellent people.
Check out The Kingsman, he's owned by Nickelbar Ranch and standing at Highpoint Performance Horses. He's by Ivory James out of TR Dashing Badger "Dolly" multi-time NFR qualifier and held the record for the fastest average at the finals for many years.
If the budget is 3500 per mare, you have many stallions to pick from. My first advise is to pick a Pink Buckle stallion. Past that pick one that compliments your mares.
