| I've never personally heard a bad thing spoken about one that was trained properly. The sons and daughters are aged now. |

Location: Florida | My son of MSM that I had was one in a million! All heart and gave his all every run. He was a nice, honest 1D barrel horse. Great to be around on the ground. Warmed up like a pleasure horse, but was all business when he got to the gate. Greatest horse I have ever known. I would take a hundred more just like him. I would still have him now, but he sadly broke his leg in a freak accident.
I have a 6 year old grandson that is super sweet. You can do anything on him. He is not where he could be on the pattern due to my college career and now my veterinary career. But, when he has a good day he is nice!
I also have two 2 year old grand-get. They aren't broke to ride yet, but I have high hopes for them. They are great on the ground.
Wanted to add that my profile pic is the son of MSM that I had.
I love MSM horses. I wish there were still some younger sons and daughters out there.

| I had an own daughter a few years ago. She had about a year with a futurity trainer on her, but didn't make the cut. I turned her out and let her be a horse for about a year as I was healing up from a broken leg. She was SO quick around a barrel and could run. She was a little flighty, nothing too bad. And she was not a rocket scientist...but it worked for her, she wasn't going to out think you. Sadly, I lost her before I got to haul her much. |

Location: Missouri | We have a msm granddaughter, she is honest when she runs, she is a very smart, if you show her something make sure you show it to her right! Lol- when just riding her around she actls like she is ADD and not paying attention but once you go up the alley, she is game on! |

| They can run for sure.
My Mom had an own daughter about 12 or so years ago. Bought her as a broke 4 year old, barely started on the pattern. Very athletic and capable.... BUT..... She had a rearing problem that wasn't disclosed and you could tell it wasn't new. I can only assume it was man made from before we got her. We did sell her because my Mom wasn't the right person for that mare. Other than that, she was very easy to work with.
I now have a Grandson. I love that breeding myself. |

Location: Okla | We had an own daugher, she was a litle cold backed so you had to warm her up good. But she was all business when she she got in the alley!!! (And you better be seated when you left the alley). I've got a 5 yr old, out of her that I am getting ready to start. |

Location: Oklahoma | I bought an own daughter several yrs ago. She was 12. She was the biggest piece of SH@% I've ever owned. When & if she decided to lay down a run I was gona win some money, but that was about 1 run out of 50. Calm as could be sweet to be around. No alley issues. She would go down the alley like a charm & you would think you were going to make a run then she would have no rate, blow by the 1st & run the pattern wild all the way. The only person that I've found that could ride her was the lady I bought her from. I traded her for 3 other horses just to get rid of her. Lost my a$$ & still paying on her. That has been 5 years ago & to this day she is still in my name in AQHA. So, Im guessing no one else could ride her either. Now this being said I may have just got a lemon or maybe it could have been her training. But I will say this, I dont like MSM horses, guess this one ruined me and if someone tried to give me one, my answer would be He#$$ no you can keep it.
Her registerd name was Miss Tuffy's Martha so if anyone has came across her I would love to know what happened to her out of curiousity.

We have 2 fillies by Shawne Bug Leo that are both out of Marthas Six Moons daughters. It's funny because they carry very similar interest and traits. We had a broodmare by Marthas Six Moons and everyone of these mares were very similar and similar looking, same headset and body style. One filly is on the pattern and wants to turn and wrap the barrel. We like the two that we have. They seem to be very catty. |

I have a son of MSM out of a Jody O Toole daughter. He is very laid back and he passes this demeanor on to his foals. After you run him, he drops his head and walks off. You would think you had never ran him.

| We just bought an own daughter. We have yet to meet her, as she won't be here until this weekend. Although, I am told by her previous/owner that she has a heart of pure gold and is really a people pleaser. :) |

Location: Feeding those that need me | I have a granddaughter. She is a daughter of Bully Bullion out of an MSM daughter. She is very, very quiet and really wants to please. I think she may have been treated not so nice sometime in her past because she's a little goofy on the ground and can be a little irritating sometimes, but overall I really like her. She's very ratey and almost wants to turn TOO much. I have only had her a few months and need to go get her injected...she has started getting a little front endy but I think it is soreness issue more than anything.
I have also rode a Bullys on Fire out of a MSM mare, he was one of the quietest, most bombproof horses I've ever been around, but he was absolutely dumber than a box of rocks. Super fun to ride though, just not very fun to handle on the ground cause he was so dumb.

| I have a MSM paternal grand daughter. Her dam is bred very similar to Jill Besplug's "Chic" mare. She is a coming four year old and I LOVE her. When I first bought her she was a yearling and she was WILD, but I think from a lack of handling. She is now close to 16hh and far from what she was as a baby. She is very athletic, smart, willing and a overall joy to be around. She is slow loping the pattern and I hope to futurity her here in Canada as a five year old. She takes everything in stride and my younger sister who is a very beginner rider has rode her in the arena and on the trails with no problems. Even if she doesn't make a barrel horse she will be staying at our place for awhile. I will say though she seems to be accident prone lol. I will try and post a picture, not sure it will work though. She is almost a July baby though so she is a few months behind in age compared to the other futurity horses
