Are these good cow lines? If I bred her to something with alot of run would the horse have a nice pedigree or would you consider it to be a weak bottom side? I'd like to breed her and try and futurity on the colt but I'd also like the baby to have good resale value aswell so what are your opinions? I'd rate her build a 7 out of 10, she's 14.2 and also a paint. Breed her or buy a foal that's already on the ground?

I owned a gelding by the same sire as her! I loved that lil horse. He was about 14.2 & just as thick as he was tall. We used him as a ranch horse & sold him this spring as a ranch/trail horse. Mine was quick & could really handle himself but I definately would not say he was fast. I think you'd have to really hope for the stud to put some speed on the foal to be competative in the futurity world.

That's a weak bottom side, nothing on her papers makes my eyes glitter and want her for a broodmare to make a futurity prospect. If you want resale value she won't give it to you unfortunately, at least thats my opinion, someone might figure differently.
That's not to say she couldn't produce something nice, esp depending on her performance. But people are pedigree hawks and that's what they look for, but can you blame them?

standing at 14.2 though I bet she is a stout little mare with that cowbreeding back there.

Based on pedigree only...this mare does nothing for me personally.
