After a lot of thought, and my hubs talking about moving south in a few years. I have been thinking on getting one of those fabric covered arenas instead of a steel building. I can get a 73 x 100 installed for ~$65,000 and I can move it if I want to! They in house finance so I don't have to do a huge refinance on my property which is a plus.

Here horse properties rarely sell for what it costs to build them so I'm thinking that it might be better to go that route.

Does anyone have one of these types of arenas?

Me too... we have considered that as a possibility once we get land, specifically Farm-Tek brand
