Ok guys so I have been vaccinating my own horses for the past couple years (after being shown by a vet) but I have a kind of odd ball question about it. I just vaccinated my horses tonight but I have a horse that needs his teeth floated. I called the vet early this weekend and he just got back to me about floating his teeth tomorrow morning. Is that ok to vaccinate/sedate back to back. I imagine that is is. Just want to make sure there arn't any odd ball effects to doing that.

My vet/equine dentist does not like to vaccinate and do teeth in one session.  I think it depends on how your horse handles the vaccines.   I have a couple that have no issues with it, and I also have a couple that always feel blah for a few days afterwards.
