Location: NC | Thanks everyone. I just wish I wasn't 5 feet in the air. Lol. And I REALLY have to lose some weight. But I love how awesome Playboy looks. He's such an awesome horse. He takes care of me so well. No, we'll never win the 2D let alone a race, but I won't be letting him go anytime soon. He'll probably always be here. |

I have at least 30 where I would love to just photoshop myself out of but I bought them because my horse looks good. I have accepted the fact that there may never be an attractive picture of me while trying to barrel race lol |

When I HS rodeoed, the photographer printed a single 4x6 of each competitor to sell at the following rodeos. I have quite a few pics that I bought just so nobody else would see them...
If I had a pic that looked like yours back then, I'd have left it so everyone could see, and then went online and ordered the jumbo size LOL!! |

And as Nicole said on Girl Code, "Life can be pretty sh****, and if the sh***iest thing that happens to you is gaining some weight, then you're doing pretty great!" Or something like that LOL. Made me feel better, since I'm going into Thanksgiving this year up about 15 lbs from last. |

Location: NC | You guys are awesome. Thanks for all the kind words. I was just REALLY excited to get my first official action shot, I bought it even though I'm flying. LOL. He took photos the second day also, but I swear it looks EXACTLY the same, which hubby says is a very good thing. He said that means I'm getting consistent. :) And the fact that in every photo I've seen of us going around a barrel, that inside ear of his is flicked back towards me, actually listening to me. LOVE this pony.
I'm just happy we had two clean runs. Plenty of room to improve. And I had a BLAST. I always love going back & watching my videos & hearing all the voices yelling at me. It makes you feel good when so many people are pulling for you to do well. :)
I've had my ups & downs these past few months since I've started really running barrels. And I'm almost to being competitive in the 4D lol. I've wasted so much money, but it has been a blast. I am so so so blessed to be able to do what I love with the ones I love. Hubby broke the gelding I'm running as a 2 year old & has done ALL the work with him. I'm the only other person to ever run him & KEEP running him. He's not an automatic type horse. We've crashed barrels, went to the wrong side of the third, blew the first, etc. If I'm not on my game, he won't work. And I thank God for that. He MAKES me have to ride or else I look like a fool. And I love him for it. :)
