| My dad was mining gold during Christmas one year and when my family made the dang excursion out in the middle of BFE to go find him, he had made a eight foot tree out of tumble weeds! Of course, no tumbleweed tree is complete without soda caps and tabs all strung together as ornaments.
God I miss him, he was so cool. It was like having Ernest Hemingway and Grizzly Adams for a dad. |

| Saw several Christmas trees at Canton, Texas Trade Days that were made out of old bed springs. |

| I made one out of a tumbleweed when I was just getting out of college - spray painted it white and put lights on it - it turned out cool! |

I bet! I'm with everyone else about not putting hay in the house. We opened several bales over the years that had baby snakes. Can you just imagine? |

I guess I could just let the goats in the house too...but they poop everywhere I know this isn't a tree but a friend shared it with me and I thought it was so cute! Maybe one of you is crafty enough to make it!
