I'm looking to get insurance on 3 of my horses... I have never had one insured so I'm looking for what company, the qualifications, ect just to research the concept... So what companies do y'all use and what are your experiences or any info you can tell me
Well...I am in the same boat as you, but my best friend just became a Markel agent. She told me the differences and what they pay, what they will not pay, how much your horse has to be insured for to use the "loss of use" clause, etc. If you would like her info PM me and I will give you her email. (Not sure if she has a Markel email yet.) They also insure businesses and ranches/farms, which I had no idea of.
