| It is Christians whose life styles are empowered and directed by the Holy Spirit. Somewhere around 85 percent of all Christians came to Christ through a friend or family member. People are the key to reaching people!
Jesus let it be known , that God was looking for our best. He was looking for a life-style and attitude that superseded our best, a life style and attitude that we could never attain through our own. And so He said," But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away , the Helper shall not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you
John 16:7
We need the Holy Spirit. We need Help.
If eleven men who had walked with Jesus needed the Holy Spirit , how much more do we need Him? If they dared not make a move until they were assured of His presence and power in their lives, how foolish we are to charge out of the house every morning without giving Him a thought. No wonder our lives are characterized by defeat rather than victory; sorrow rather than joy; frustration rather than peace. Apart from the Holy Spirit, life is reduced to doing the best we can. And I don't know about you, but for me, that's not very good.
If no one instructs us on how to walk in the Spirit, we will continue in our own strength, doing the best we can, which for a while is really pretty good. Eventually, however, we run our of steam. We grow tired of the activity. The emotional high subsides. We wonder what the problem is.
The Holy Spirit is an integral part of our Christian experience.

The Holy Spirit is working in your life this very minute. We are led by the Holy Spirit Galatians 5:18 in understanding the work of the Holy Spirit we develop a heightened awareness of His activity in our life. The Holy Spirit has been sent by the Father to assist you in all the practical matters of Christian living. He is your number one Helper.
The Holy Spirit knows the thoughts of God. And the Holy Spirit imparts knowledge to believers. The Holy Spirit, then, is not simply an impersonal force. He has knowledge, and He has the power to impart knowledge.
The Power of the Holy Spirit is available only to those whose intention is to carry out His will.
Johns 16:13 But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth.
For it is with God all things are possible.
