Location: Alabama		Now that the cold weather is moving in and I've already had a couple of requests to post it, here it is:
 

 

30 oz bag hashbrowns or diced potatoes

3 cans chicken broth

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup onions

8 oz cream cheese.

 

in crockpot - add 1st 4 ing. and cook on low for 5 hours - then add softened cream cheese - let that dissolve.

You can add bacon, ham or whatever you prefer to this recipe

funny!! that's what I made for supper. Only, I put cheddar cheese soup in it. I make egg dumplings and put in it.

Location: At the race track with Ah Dee Ohs		I have made this several times and it is just fantastic!  We love it!  Very filling and will warm ya up on a cold day.  Serve with french or italian bread.  YUMMY!

Location: Never in one place long		I put the soup in the crockpot this morning finally!!! I hope it turns out! Thanks for the recipe! If I really like it I'm going to make it for my co-workers next week at our Christmas party!
