I was watching the FL rodeo on GAC the other day and the announcers said Brittany Pozzi cut off part of her finger. I'm wondering what happened to Duke and why she can't run him at the NFR. I'm out of the loop anymore but still like to watch the finals come December. any info is appreci ated.

An article on th WPRA site said she was injured when a young horse ran over the top of her in the stall area at Omaha. It said it knocked her unconscious and caused her to lose the end of her ring finger. No other details were given in that particular article. Maybe she mentioned the details on her Facebook page. ??

She said the young horse was anxious to get out of the stall and there was a wheelbarrow involved, must been a heckuva wreck. I heard her on some interview and she tried to tell the ER docs she would come back after she made her run that night in Omaha and Sherry told her that might not be a good idea! It's a good thing she was there. lol

Sherry would rock as a hauling partner. Talk about cool as a cucumber.
