| Possible, yes. Quite a few gals could potentially still win the title. Just counting 1st place money left to earn equals $111,778.86. Then there is the average money of $47,776 for 1st place.
That being said, there are lots of different scenarios for that to play out and IMO most are unlikely to happen. But you never know.
This is the amounts these gals need to make to catch Sherry:
WALKER (G), MARY $50,867.14
MCLEOD, MICHELE $77,790.99
BASS, KALEY $79,133.94
JACOB ®, TAYLOR $82,793.13
LOFLIN, CHRISTY $84,142.41
TAYLOR, FALLON $90,127.59
KETCHAM, SABRINA $90,770.28
POZZI, BRITTANY $100,067.45
LOCKHART, LISA $108,950.04
While any of these theroetically have a chance, not highly likely. I think Mary Walker still has a good chance and possibly Michele and Kaley. That is what is making this year so very interesting.

If Mary can get to where she was last year she can catch up - she's made a little money but not dominating like she did last year.
Kaley & Taylor are inching up the ranks pretty quickly. Keep an eye on Kaley, she isn't garnering the headlines that the others are but she's sneaking in there. Taylor is doing what we know she can do.
I wish Lisa & Louie could clock a little better. Every time I see that horse my heart skips a beat. |

Sherry is going to keep on making money most rounds also though, this is why I do not feel she will be caught. She would have to fall completely on her face----NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Way to good of a rider and way too much experience to let that happen. |

I am rooting for Sherry to win it all! Especially after the interview they released of her, such a kind hearted woman! But this is exactly what happened last year when Stingray had that bad fall. 6 more rounds, anything can happen. No one is safe yet. |

Location: OK | I've also been watching the "top gun" standings. Sherry is still in the lead. I looked at the results this morning, can't pull it up now--they are having problems with their links I think. Both Taylor and Kaley(I think) were both in the top earners.

Sherry will continue to ride smart and has enough of a lead that I really don't see anyone bumping her out of first. |

Location: Riding Crackhead. | I have a stupid question about the Top Gun. Does it include what they make off the average or just the go round wins? Last year Mary Walker won it, year before I want to say it was Kaycee Feild? |

I believe it is ALL money that was won at the WNFR start to finish, including the average money. |

Kaley can slip up there. She has a great shot at doing it, it's just a matter of time. Cowboy is a GREAT horse, and her back up is a full sister that is just as fast, maybe a little faster, but not as 100% consistent as Cowboy. I will be shocked if she doesn't win at least 1 round.
I want to go one year and watch in person.
