It is finally a nice day and I AM going to ride but no one wants to come out to ride with me. I was torn between goin to an arena that is having open arena with good ground or just to my local arena which ground is not great. The benefits of local arena is its 5 minutes away and I can set up barrels and it's free. The down side is ground is not great. If I go to Alvarado it's 45 minutes from home so will cost fuel and arena fee(10 dollars) bu I don't think barrels will be set up since its open arena. The upside is that the ground is worked and is nice. The sad part is I don't have anyone to go with :(. In addition most of my other friends are at BFA. So what would y'all do?

I don't think it's ever dawned on me to base my riding plans on whether or not anyone else could ride. I get more done when I ride alone, it's not social hour while I'm working horses.

Yept I rather go on a nice trail ride instead of staying in an arena. Its so much better for horses I think. I never plan around friends riding with me when I get ready to ride I go out and ride. And I bet your friends are getting their shopping done for Christmas,

I usually don't care about the social hour part of it. But I have been working a lot lately and have not had any girl time. My mare really needed some work so that why wanting arena. Vs trail ride. Actually got a lot accomPlished so if it doesn't rain tomorrow we will trail ride out in the back 40.
No one wants to come out to play :(
