Jolene Montgomery became the first back to back winner of the BFA juvenile race winning on Dashing Czar (reserve Superstakes champion with Troy) running a 15.317 in the 2nd go round. She also won 2nd in the average on the horse she won the first go round on. (Streakin Easily).

I wanted to buy Dashin Czar when she sold at Heritage last January. I watched her through her racing career as a 2YO and tried to get one of my horses sold in time to bid on her- didn't happen! I have her half sister by Shazoom and knew Dashin Czar would be nice. Glad I didn't get her because she never would have had the opportunity to do what she did this weekend! Her LTE is currently at $52,475!! She was put into training with Troy Crumrine and I am not sure how they all switched it up but Troy ran her in the Super Stakes then Jolene ran her in the Juvenile. Talk about amazing people and an amazing filly that in her first weekend of competition won under TWO different jockeys!!
