Just out of shear curiosity - what awards do they give at the NFR? I saw on Taylor Jacob's FB that she won 5 buckles and 3 saddles (4 buckles are from round wins). I'm just curious what the other awards are for?
This gal, and all the others had a tremendous 10 days! Congrats to all of them and all the loot and $$$$ they get to take home!

Rookie saddle, fastest time saddle and each girl gets a saddle just for getting there correct? The buckles would be for go round wins? how many did she end up winning?

Awesome! I had guesses that those were what they were for. And yes, every gal gets a qualifying a saddle :)

It was Rookie of the year. They presented all the rookie buckles Tuesday night right before the barrel race. While everyone was walking out of the arena..She ran and then broke the arena record.
