You don't have to be rich or perfect to make a difference. I got to help a board buddy out recently though she doesn't even know it yet.
but I wanted to share a feel good story for the Christmas season. Last Sunday hubby found a debit check card in the Walmart parking lot. I had no clue what to do so I called the number on the back (Navy Federal Credit Union). They were going to cancel the card but I was able to ask them to just put a hold on ot until I could take it to the local branch the next morning. I didn't want the person to have to wait possibly a week pt two for a replacement card when Christmas was a week away. So we took it in on Monday.
yesterday I joined a Facebook page for spouses of soldiers stationed at Fort Wood. Today I was browsing it looking for anyone needing help for anything. This is what I found.....what a very very small world.....

Not always. Though I turned down a $160 dollar flash light that hubby wanted to get me for Christmas today so we could but dishes and stuff for his parents. They need it more. I told him he can buy stuff for the house remodel and that is enough for me
