Hoping to finish our basement this winter. Just need to put ceiling in. Then I would like to paint and maybe put some wood on the bottom for variance. Looking for ideas on color and decorating. I wan to make it warm and cozy lookin down there. Anyone care to post pics of your basements or living rooms? Thanks.

I have no pictures but I helped my brother paint in his old house. He said he wanted it the color of Freckles (his mare). We took a picture of his sorrel mare to the paint store and matched it up. LOL It turned out a really neat coppery sorrel color. He's now moved to a new ranch and getting married. I'm wondering if he'll have a room the color of Freckles in the new house.
