The first year I went to the 5 State barrel futurity, Hot Dasher offspring pretty much cleaned house. I can't even remember how many won and placed in both rounds and the average. They totally dominated it.

I agree!  Nice horses!  He had a great set of papers and produced some super horses.

We have had great luck with the Hot Dashers!!!  They are not for everybody and can be a bit quirky but will work the barrels !!!  We have several daughters of his that we breed to our stud Lions Share Of Fame and they are producing Nice babies !!!

I have a super nice son of Hot Dasher.   Dashers Red Jet  (Mojo).   I left him a stud for  awhile and when I gelded him I collected and froze seman.   Mojo did great at the 5-state futurity-if I can figure out how to put the you-tube link on here I will.   Mojo is the laziest horse you have ever seen riding  -just riding him is a workout!  But get in the alley and Game On!    Love him and wish I had a bunch more of them.
I sold Mojo two years ago when I got hurt and had the chance to get him back a couple of months ago.  My first weekend out he was on fire-way too quick for me but it sure was fun.   I guess I don';t know how to put the video links on.

I am fairly sure that the people that owned and stood Hot Dasher for years (Haensel's here in SD) have a young son of Hot Dasher that's still a stud. I don't know what mare he's out of (but I'm sure it's nice, all their horses are really nice) and I'm not sure if they are standing him yet but it would not hurt to check with them.
