I had Luann's make a custom bronc halter for my daughters pony a few years ago. It's adorable and the quality is amazing!! Last year my son needed a new saddle pad and I searched all over the place on line and never found one that I loved, so I called Cool Horse, they were over the top helpful, I told the salesgirl what I was looking for and she texted me pictures of every single pony pad that they had in stock! I ended up choosing one from Classic Equine that was brown and blue Navajo on top with a thinner version of the ESP on the bottom, if it hadn't been for calling I never would have even known that they made ESP pony pads, you sure won't find them online! Anyway I ordered it around noon and it was here the next evening! I cannot say enough good things about their customer service!

Andrea Fleming makes custom tack, she is a BB here, but I don't remember her BHW name. She did a real pretty set for her daugher's pony. Her stuff is on facebook under Andie's Tack and Leather.

I bought a Headstall from Heritage Brand and gave them the dimensions for Chips head. They did an amazing job. I had to send it back once for an adjustment and they covered the shipping since the mistake was on their end. Their customer service is second to none. Then I had a custom bronc halter made for him as well from Graham Equine. It was made just perfect for his little halter and my daughter loves them all!
