Anyone have one? How long does it take to thaw when you plug it in? I got one for Christmas and had it plugged in for about 45 min and it was still rock solid. Is that typical or do I have a dud?

I have a 60 ft. One and it took every bit of 45 minutes when it was frozen.  I just leave it plugged in when really cold.  I do have to unscrew the nozzle or it freezes also.  They are nice but at the same time a pain in the butt.
