Me and my hubby will celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary (Yep, Im really old!!) early next year and kind of kicking around the idea of renewing our vows. Anyone done this, and have any cool ideas. Not wanting to do anything on a grand scale, just low key and meaningful.
We just had friends renew theirs in Vegas during the NFR. They did the whole Elvis experience, dressed in 50's western attire. It was pretty cute, not my style but fun and they totally pulled it off.
My parents did for their 25th wedding anniversary, and thought about doing it for their 35th. The jury is still out for their 40th (which is coming up this February).
My husband and I will be married 45 years in April and this has never entered our minds and I'm sure will never happen but it sounds like you two are perfect candidates and I would go for it. I think some people are romantics and others aren't...We are the latter..LOL
