Saddled, Ruger, my yearling for the first time today. He was such a good boy & held true to being just like all the other colts I've started by his sire. He was a little scared at first but didn't panic. Within 10 minutes he'd relaxed completely, was doing his groundwork, walking quiet circles on the lunge line, stopping, changing directions & backing on cue. Very happy with him & looking forward to the first ride now!!! (and nooooo he's not tied to the pannels, lead is just looped over them)
