I have a used Martha Josey collection barrel saddle. It has the really nice free swinging leathers. But it is going to need new leathers soon. Tree is good saddle fits most horses. I just cannot use it any more because its a 16" seat.I found them on Ebay for anywhere from 500 to 1000.

Check out websites for similar saddles. Then take the average price you have found and start deducting (i.e needs new stirrup leathers, etc). Basically, pricing a used saddle depends on what kind of price you can live with and how motivated you are to sell it!
