Location: Colorado | Mile Hi has received a very unique sponsorship from VISTA EQUINE COLORADO, LLC! They have donated an embryo transfer package to be awarded to a lucky individual! We will be putting it for Auction on Facebook (Mile Hi Barrel Horse Facebook Page) on New Years Day and it will be awarded Sunday January 5th at noon to the highest bidder. Bids can be submitted via Facebook, or email: MileHiBarrelHorse@gmail.com or in person at our race in Loveland Co.
Here’s what the package consists of:
-1 embryo transfer (less the lease of the recip) - $2,350 value
-1 cycle of management for the donor mare - $350-450 value
-TOTAL DONATED VALUE - $2700-2800
WINNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
-Lease of the pregnant recipient ($1550 which includes a $500 refundable deposit when the recipient is returned).
-Board while the mares are at Vista Equine ($12/day dry, $16/day wet, $11.50/day for the recip).
-Any additional donor management cycles necessary ($350 per cycle if breeding with cooled semen or $450 per cycle if breeding with frozen semen).
The embryo transfer is to be used during the 2014 breeding season and comes with a live foal guarantee as outlined in our embryo transfer contract.
Does it get any better than that? Heck no!!
This package, obviously, is designed for those who are well versed in breeding and take it seriously. We thought it might be something that those of you on this board might be interested in trying to secure. 100% of the funds will be directed to our Year End Awards Program.
