Location: In Ky following Barrel Races & Walker hounds. | A young man who was my age(22) was killed yesterday in a logging accident. I only met him a few times. But we had several mutual friends who thought the world of him, my husband knew him from bringing trucks through ADM during harvest season and really enjoyed talking to him when he came through. He was just married last spring. I can't even imagine what his poor wife is going through, everyday when my husband leaves for work I say a prayer, my worst fear is something happening to him. That poor girl and their families have got to be living a nightmare... If you could spare a prayer or 2 to help comfort this family, I know they would appreciate it. They need all they can get. Really makes you realize you don't know how long you have with anyone in your life....

Yes it is Roxie.. This is one of those things I just cant make sense out of.... I keep wondering "why?" I know God has a plan for his family, friends, and beautiful wife. But right now they are hurting.. This whole situation is weighing so heavy on Dustin & I.... We sat up late last night talking and trying to make sense out of it. Neither of us were exactly close with him but we knew him, and were having a hard time grasping the fact he is gone.
I cant stop thinking about his wife... I know she is hurting, and probably feels so alone and lost..
I wish I had known them better so I could do more for them and try to help(even though I dont think anything really could help right now), I just keep praying... |

Maybe fix them a potroast, are send some finger foods like sandwiches from Subway, maybe fix a platter up of cold cuts to take to them, I bet that would mean alot the his wife and family. You have a kind heart Sarah. My good friend lost her mother early this morning and another old friend passed away yesterday, Heaven sure is getting lots of Angles in the last few days.  |
