Likes? Dislikes? Do you recommend?
After reading the saving $$$ thread, I looked into saving money on our internet bill. I can get cable AND high speed internet with U-verse for what we are paying for JUST Internet with Time Warner Cable.
I've heard good and bad about U-verse so I figured I'd check with you guys!!

We have had AT&T U-verse for Internet for about two years. Absolutely love it! We have the fast service -- Pro Elite I think? Whatever the highest speed is that you can get it. It is dependable and fast. I signed up as soon as it became available in our neighborhood and never looked back. We use our cell phones so I did not sign up for the phone service. The TV service is not yet available in this area.
We have had U-Verse for 8 months and love it. We have the cable and high speed internet package! They were easy to work with and when I wasn't happy with the basic channel package and wanted to drop the cable portion. They upgraded my package and lowered my bill with one of their new deals. I have been impressed with the channel lineup which included GAC which was great for NFR week and the Wifi is fast! Different companies have approached me to offer me their cable and internet, but when I tell them what I pay they tell me they can't even come close.

Good to hear! After visiting home and watching cable TV, I realized how much I missed it! Hulu and Netflix require too much thinkinand decision making it seems like!!
