I still need to get my basics and I know I have plenty of time to decide but was hoping to get advice from those who do this type of work. I work as a special ed assistant right now and love every minute of it and have thought of getting my degree in special ed but its such a stressful job, as a assistant I can do it and do love teaching but I think if I got my degree in it I would be overwhelmed with teaching and the paperwork. I have been leaning more towards the ota and would hope I could work for a school system since I love working with the kids. My aunt is a PTA and making 44 dollars a visit so that's got me thinking of keeping a open mind. I know I have plenty of time to decide but wanted to hear from y'all which program do you think is better. I know everyone has their own likes and I feel I would love doing both so its tough to decide.
