Location: Texas | Got a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas and I am not coffee drinker, but my husband is. But I has questions. It has a choice of a cup (5.25 oz.) and mug (7.25 oz.) size, but even the mug size is small. Husband says the coffee was strong. Can you use the K cup twice with the cup size to get a larger cup and not so strong? |

Location: Blissfully happy Giants fan!!! | Two things: First, they are small. LIke WAY small. Hubby bought the reusable cup as he needs more coffee than what it gives and this way he can get a fairly strong coffee and make it go twice. If I am using my at-home coffee mug and not my travel, I just use the same pod twice and I am fine.
Second: They make tea AND hot chocolate K-cups. I only drink Celestial Seasonings and I was SO happy to see those in the aisle and online!!!! |

| Yes you can us the cup twice. We have one at work and that's what I usually do to get my travel mug filled up. |

Location: Bandera, TX | I love my Keurig! May be get a "milder" coffee type. I don't like the 'dark roast" types - way too strong. The medium/light roasts are perfect for me.
I have never tried using the K-cup twice, but I don't see a reason not to.... might be worth a try. |

Location: Texas | Thanks. I just thought getting a half cup of coffee per 1 k-cup would be a little pricey. Going to give it a try. |

| Yes-when I use K-Cups I use them twice.
You can also buy an attachment for about $15 bucks that is reusable.
Then, instead of buying K-Cups you buy whatever coffee you like. It is a little more of a hassle because you have to open the lid, put grounds into it, and then close it before each use, but helps to cut costs. I am a starbucks drinker so this gives me a chance to buy what I prefer.

I recommend you try the raspberry chocolate K-Cup! By far my favarite flavor! |

so far, I have just used each cup once. If you buy them in bulk, I think they are fairly affordable. We have prime so we just order from Amazon. |

Location: Texas | Thanks. I guess that will give us options. We have been married for 43 years and have never had a coffee pot in the house. My husband drank coffee in the mornings at work before he retired and when we went out for breakfast. Anytime he goes to town in the morning, he comes back with a cup of coffee. He really doesn't have a preference for a brand of coffee. Thought that we would give this k-cup thing a try. Maybe I am too told to figure this out now. lol |

Location: 100 miles from Nowhere, AR | My keurig has 3 size settings and the largest one (10.5 oz maybe?) is just the right amount for my big mugs to have room to mix stuff in. The medium is right for a standard mug. A travel mug takes 1 round with the large and a second round with the small. I mostly prefer light roasts because they're milder, but the Green Mountain Donut House (medium roast) is good too. I have a refillable filter, but I haven't figured out how to make the coffee taste right. |

I fill the whole sucker up with coffee grounds...but I buy the Starbucks Mocha flavor-which tastes good no matter what you do to it.
I also have an iced coffee option....LOVE that in the summer time.
I have five choices for size...I normally go for the largest, but I have a huge coffee cup that I drink out of every morning, and huge travel mugs.
I need all the coffee I can drink before I deal with 300 kids every day! |

Location: That part of Texas | I bought the reuseable filters (paid $10 at the Dollar store for two baskets) and I won't buy the k-cups anymore. I like how I can adjust the strength of the brew by how much coffee I put into the basket and it costs so much less to fill those baskets with my choice of coffee than buying the cups. It is a hassle to have to empty them each time but it only takes a couple of more seconds to do it and since I drink 2-3 cups a morning, the money I save is quite a bit so I put up with the hassle. |

Location: Texas | I am thinking if a reuse the k-cup with the 5.25 size my husband will get a decent size cup of coffee. Now the trick is hoping that it will taste right. Since I am not a coffee drinker, I have no clue. |

| I've never tried using the K cup twice but I do make the coffee then pour it in a larger mug and add extra water when it's too strong. I also sometimes use the cup that you put your own coffee in and just don't fill it up with so much coffee. I LOVE the Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa!!!! Haven't tried the cider but now I'll have to after hearing about it! |

You must have an amazing Keurig. I have the Elite that gives us 3 sizes too and the big one has yet to fill up any of our travel mugs and not even close on my coffee cups we use around the house. For the travel mug ihave to use the big one and then press the small one to fill it. For at home I have to press the big one twice.
And yes, I am already addicted. :) |

This is what I bought.....I got tired of paying $11 for a box of k-cups that only had 10-18 in it. So I bought the attachment, and I buy my happy little self a small thing of folgers....Wala.
I go through like 6 cups of coffee a day....so it was needed LOL |

Location: somewhere up north | Ours sits in the cupboard because I hate it. Why do I have to push the button twice to fill up a regular size coffee cup?? Stupid. For $100+ coffee pot I think they are a waste of money. We use our $10 Mr Coffee maker and it actually makes the size based on how much water you put in it. LOL! If I want tea or something else I just buy it and heat up water in microwave. |

My mini size in the horse trailer makes it according to how much water you add. |

Location: NW MT | I got one for Christmas & so far we are really enjoying it! Found some boxes of coffees on sale so bought them to try & see what we like best. Now I'll be looking for best prices on them. We hadn't tried using one twice but will do that since some have been a bit strong w/the K cup ones. We also got the reusuable deal to make coffee w/what we have on hand in quantity & that has worked well too. |

| Find someone who has a costco membership and get them to buy you a box of them - 80 k-cups for 30 bucks. It's going to last us forever. |

| My husband loves his, I don't drink coffee. I bought him the Keurig Vue and the reusable coffee cup (solofill V2) so he can use his own coffee and does not have to buy the K-cups. The Vue makes a bigger cup than some of the others |

Location: Post Falls, ID | I got one for christmas two years a ago. We have the basic model, just 2 cup sizes. AND yes that was my first complaint about the large size of our mugs and it didnt fill them. I do use the k cups twice, I just rotate them so that a new whole is punched in the bottom, but not sure you need to do that. I order my coffee off the keurig website, you earn reward points and can get 15% off plus free shipping on orders over $45. I do only like the medium roast, the dark or bold is just two strong for me. |

I'm not sure if the 'mudslide' flavor is mocha, but it's good. |
