Location: Blissfully happy Giants fan!!! | Lol, no I won't cancel. There are a lot of people that really need this and can't afford a $400 clinic and I wanted to give them an opportunity to come to a quality clinic with a great person. I have shelled out WAY more money than what I will get back in the fee for this but I will shell out more if I have to in order for people like you and those who did turn in their form to be able to go. I am really disappointed though. Just to be safe I sent more than 30 forms out and had all sorts of people say they wanted a reserved spot and figured I was in more danger of having to turn people away or get in trouble of having more people at the clinic. That right there will keep me from doing this again.
sorry I didn't meant to vent. I am just really disappointed in people going back on their word and not even saying anything... |

I dont understand why they do this, some act like a big shot and talk the talk but then when it comes down to it, they hide out tell its over and screw others out of something that was going to be a good thing by not holding up their end. |

I agree.......$100 for stall, clinic and food......WHAT A DEAL....I can't believe any BBs close to you would pass up this opportunity! The acupuncture/chiropractic session would be worth the price of $100 PLUS you get Andy for two days!!!! |

This is to good of a deal for any one to pass up, you cant go to a two day show for this price and then you get a meal and a video, anyone that passed this up when they said that they were going is a ding a ling for sure. I know things happen to where someone cant go, but dang this is a he** of a deal. And like NJJ said and you get to hang out with Andy for these two days, WOW now I'm feeling a bit jealous the more I think about it, LOL ") |

Did you get deposits to hold the spots? I have had several clinics over the years, ones I have done myself and for others. I have a date about a month before the clinic thaat the deposit has to be made by. It is non refundable because I use that money to pay for the facilities, etc., which have to be paid for in advance. Most people will follow through and attend if they have paid a deposit. |

The extras and amenities that you are offering can't be found at most clinics charging three times the rate for this one. I hope that everyone stands behind their word and fills these slots and if not that some others can take advantage and snatch them up! |

Smoke-we are planning on using the indoor arena. We have heaters and will have hot drinks available at all times. We are hoping to keep everyone warm and we will definitely be dry!! If we to get lucky with great weather there is an outdoor arena too. Unless another ice storm comes and no one can get to us, we are a go!! |

I agree with this. I love going to clinics and attend whenever I can. The going rate that I have paid is between 400-600 plus add ons such as hook ups and stalls. This is a sweet deal and I would love to attend if it weren't so far away, and I didn't have a stupid job that interfers with my fun time. I hope you get the people that you need because any time you have the opportunity to better your horsemanship skills the better it is for you and the horse. |

Location: Blissfully happy Giants fan!!! | Thank you all so much!! Between here and a few other places I think we will make the cap of 20!!
We were out at the place last night and we are excited. The way they have the indoor even if it is as cold as it is right now we will be at least 10-15 degrees warmer there. And all of the horses staying there will be spoiled!! We are going to have a continuous pot of hot coffee and hot chocolate and tea going so everyone can keep themselves warm and heaters. But keep your fingers crossed as it appears we have the potential to be back in the 60-70's by next weekend!!
I am so excited for this and am so excited to have Andy. While I am way ok with being a gopher and doing what he needs I am jealous of all of you that you get to hop on horses and have him work with you.
Thank you all again for the support and thank you to those who have put their forms in the mail and are as excited as I am. This is going to be fun!!! |

SouthTX-if I was rich and could have done it, I would have grabbed Andy's horses and him and driven them out to stay for a month. And just asked that he share some of his wisdom and funniness. :) Unfrotunately my money tree is broken right now so just a weekend flight. :( |

I want to come to the clinic but my transmission decided to die two weeks before Christmas. I put the truck in the shop thinking it would be done in time for me to still attend the clinic and even after spending thousands on it it's still not right. I took the truck back and it's still in the shop with no explanation why it's not fixed yet or an eta on when I will get it back. I have even tried to borrow a truck to come but no one has been able to give up a truck for a weekend. I wanted so much to come that I was selfish and did not think about letting you know that I was having problems. I am truly and publicly sorry. That is definately not the kind of person that I am or want to be. I am just now seeing this thread because in addition to my truck dying my computer also decided to call it quits. I still don't have a computer at home but winter vacation is over and I'm back at work where I have access to modern technology. Anyone traveling through central texas want to pick me up??? |

I wanted so much to come that I was selfish and did not think about letting you know that I was having problems. I am truly and publicly sorry. That is definately not the kind of person that I am or want to be.
I am just now seeing this thread because in addition to my truck dying my computer also decided to call it quits. I still don't have a computer at home but winter vacation is over and I'm back at work where I have access to modern technology.
Anyone traveling through central texas want to pick me up???
Where are you someone traveling threw going to the clinic might be willing to pick you up. |

I am one of the dead beats that did not get my form in and that is so out of character for me. I am in Kempner, Tx.... which is near Killeen, Fort Hood, Belton, Temple, Lampasas, I would be willing to pay for all the gas if someone could pick me up.

Thanks. She sent me an email. I will put mine in the mail in the morning. Now I am headed to the vet to check about stitches and a tetanus shot. How do horses find trouble where there is none? |

My company just completed a merger and I have been going mach10 for the last 30 days. Being as I am a one man show for this I am hoping I don't drop the ball on anything... |
