What saddles have a deep seat?

My current saddle has a 4 inch cantle, what is out there deeper that 4 inch and what would you recommend and why?

Location: Texas		The Pozzi pro has a 4 1/4 or 4 1/2 cantle And sits you really deep. The deb sibley saddle from panther creek has a 5 in cantle and really hold you in. Very similar to a treeless saddle feel

Circle Y NBHA Proven has a deep seat but seems to lean me forward. Circle Y Just Be Natural has a deep seat and does not lean me forward so I love it!
