I had to sell off half of mine last year due to my circumstances.  One has changed hands already but the now new owner and I have talked quite a bit and I'm happy with where he is.  Another two went to a gal that is thrilled with them and keeps in touch.  Another went long distance and had an issue at first but hopefully he'll come along this year.  I feel bad about the issue he had since my vet assured both of us that it was nbd and it ended up being one.  And the last filly I sold was doing well last I heard.  All these new owners got really good horses at a bargain basement price.  

If you can, take some time to talk to the prospective new owners and get a feel for what they are going to do with the horse.  See if you can research about them.  Try to stay away from traders.

Location: Smack in the middle of WA!		I to am dealing with this and it sucks! Mine is something I raised and have done all the training on. He is so nice and by beyond proven stock. However life happens and I know I need to do this bit it is so hard. I'm still not 100% sure I will sell if the time comes. He was to be my 2015 futurity horse! He's the baby in my avatar pic
