If it is heavy clouds and/or fog and/or rain Turn your stinking head lights on. Oh I know the excuse that oh you forget because you have the auto headlights No excuse you are the driver Not the fancy gadget It could save your life if you pay attention and turn your lights on so people can see you
That's all

Preach it, sista! And all the Lords people said......amen. I couldn't agree more. In my car you still have to manually turn on the headlights, so mine are on more than they are off. Pretty soon we'll have people napping while their cars drive them!

I completely agree! I'm in a little Honda Accord and it's silver. I almost always have my headlights on because it's so little and sort of blends in everywhere. I WANT people to see me!

I couldn't agree more. I can't tell you how many people I pass everyday that are on their phones texting or just talking. Put it down and pay attention people.

Can I add putting on makeup on while driving. But the best one I have seen was last summer. I was on the highway in the right hand lane going about 70. In my side mirror I see a car coming fast in the high speed lane. As the car passes me at about 85 I look over to see a young women with right foot on the dash applying nail polish to her toes and talking on her cell phone tucked against her shoulder and her head....I assume the car was on course control.

I can't believe Texas didn't pass the law that you had to have your headlights on when it's raining or foggy. But then again...You don't have to have working lights on a trailer during the day and there shouldn't have to be a law to use common sense.
